The Northern Feast food truck was originally an old Snap-On Tools truck. After months of design work, it was converted in to the truck it is today. We currently serve weekly at Ausable Brewing Company in Keeseville, NY and operate the food truck seasonally from May-October. At the brewery we serve tacos (chicken, beef, and veggie) as well as soft pretzels with beer mustard, chips and salsa, and vanilla ice cream with a house made black currant puree. We serve every Thursdays from May-Sept 5pm-8pm and some Saturdays from 4pm-8pm. Check out our social media for weekend events.

For private events, we serve a diverse array of dishes from the food truck. When hired privately, we work with our clients to create a unique menu catered specifically to them. For these events, ur food is either served from the food truck window or set up as a buffet/family style meal. For smaller gatherings we also offer the option of a plated meal.
