The Northern Feast food truck was originally an old Snap-On Tools truck. After months of design work, a talented friend was hired to convert the 20 ft truck into what it is today. From the food truck we primarily serve sweet & savory crepes made from 100% New York Organic Buckwheat Flour. This makes our crepe batter naturally Gluten-Free. Our batter is also 100% Dairy-Free. We offer a number of local and organic ingredients  to fill our crepes including veggies, cheese, fruit, etc. We proudly use meat that is raised humanely and free of hormones, antibiotics, and byproducts. The food truck runs seasonally from May-October

In addition to sweet and savory crepes, we also serve a diverse list of other dishes from the food truck. Whether it be a weekly special or a private event, we often use our truck as a mobile kitchen to make a variety of meals. When hired privately, we work with our clients to create a unique menu catered specifically to them. Our food is then either served straight from the food truck window, set up as a buffet, or served family style. For smaller gatherings we also offer the option of a plated meal. 






Current Update:
For the summer of 2021 our food truck will ONLY be serving at Ausable Brewery in Keeseville, NY. Find us there on Saturdays from 4:30-8:00. We will stray from our usual crepe menu this year and instead be serving: 
- Burrito Bowls (vegetarian and meat options available)
-Smoked Beef Kielbasa with Local Kraut, Mustard, and a Side of Chips 
- Housemade Pizzas: 4 Cheese Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza.
