We’ll work together over 2-3 months to establish a clear financial path tailored to your needs. Together we’ll analyze your current financial situation and develop an actionable roadmap to address your goals, manage concerns, tackle debt, and plan for retirement. Our focus will be on cultivating a money mindset that empowers you to make informed and confident financial decisions moving forward.
THE BACKSTORY:

I never anticipated having a passion for finance. From a young age, my focus was on food and cooking. After graduating with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Food Systems from the University of Vermont, I pursued my dream of attending culinary school. From there I went on to work in various culinary roles and in 2015 I launched Northern Feast Catering and Food Truck.
I knew from the beginning that starting a food-based business came with its challenges. The food industry is notoriously difficult, with profit margins that are often razor-thin and a staggering failure rate of 80% within the first five years. Determined to beat those odds, I immersed myself in financial literacy, seeking ways to build a sustainable and profitable business.
What began as a necessity for business survival quickly grew into a genuine passion. As I applied my newfound knowledge, I saw transformative results—not only for my business but also for my personal financial well-being. By honing my new financial skills, I was able to make strategic adjustments to my business, clarifying what I truly needed from it to achieve sustainability and success. The impact was undeniable, and it became clear to me just how essential financial education is for building a secure future.
Simultaneously, I couldn’t help but feel frustrated by the lack of financial education I had growing up. Initially I felt embarrassed and isolated, wondering how many others hadn’t been taught these essential skills. As I opened up to friends, I discovered that most people shared my experience. The lack of widespread financial education was not just a personal frustration; it was a systemic issue.
This realization fueled my mission to make financial literacy more accessible. After years of self-education, trial and error, and developing trust in my abilities, I decided to channel my passion into becoming a personal finance coach. My goal is to empower others to understand that money is not just about earning—it’s a tool, that when used strategically, can lead to financial stability and success.
